Dear Sir or Madam,

Over the past 3 years I have had the pleasure of working with Ryan Speak on three film productions and several projects still in development. Each of those productions have greatly benefited from Ryan’s knowledge and professionalism.

I have discovered that Ryan is not only versed in the artistic aspect the project but also with the “nuts and bolts” of film production and marketing. This unique ability to see both sides has lead to a more organized shoot and a smoother post production process. His balanced and focused approach to take a project from the earliest stages of development, organize key players, anticipate and circumvent problems has gained him the respect of all those involved. His approach to marketing and distribution of the project all within the specified budget is a testament to his attention to detail.

Ryan’s has clearly exhibited the ability to organize the sometimes overwhelming task of taking an idea from it’s inception to the final refined product. Along the way Ryan is in constant contact with all parties involved. His organizational skills give all those involved a clear and concise roadmap to follow. If issues do arise, Ryan with his troubleshooting skills ensures that the project continues to move forward and remains on schedule. His unwavering adherence to the budget is always consistent and always based on grasp of production costs.

On set Ryan keeps cast and crew focused at the tasks at hand and always has time to listen to comments be it from cast or crew. His presence on set is a calming factor and ensures that the production process progresses along smoothly. In each one of Ryan’s productions I have been impressed with the professionalism that he carries out his duties. Ryan would an excellent asset to any production, and I look forward to working with him in the future.
